We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and enthusiastic Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees. Freshers are welcome to apply – training will be provided.
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Provide basic administrative and clerical support (filing, photocopying, scanning).
Keep reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and staff.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Experience: Fresher candidates can apply; prior experience in customer service or front desk is a plus.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
