Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in counter sales for our Business-to-Consumer (B2C) clients. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our showroom/store, responsible for understanding their needs, demonstrating products, closing sales, and ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and identify their needs and preferences through active listening and effective questioning.
Present and demonstrate products clearly and persuasively, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system, handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales counter and display area.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Assist with inventory management and merchandising as needed.
