We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at MRINAL INTERIOR & CONSTRUCTION. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, and driving sales for our interior design and construction services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, calls, and networking.
Present and promote company products and services (Interior Design, Construction, Furniture, Paints, etc.).
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
Coordinate with engineers, designers, and the operations team for project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and share feedback with the management team.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any stream).
Proven experience in Sales/Marketing (preferably in Interior/Construction industry).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle clients and build long-term relationships.
Willingness to travel locally within Patna and nearby areas.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and Email communication.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
