Job Summary:

A reputed raw minerals company is seeking a result-driven Sales Executive to expand its market presence in the Paint, Ink, and Paper industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background in non-metallic minerals like Kaolin, Talc, and Calcium Carbonate, and experience dealing with industrial buyers of raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the Paint, Coatings, Inks, and Paper sectors

• Design and execute a go-to-market plan for raw mineral products

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using research, cold calling, referrals, and trade networking

• Set sales targets, KPIs, and meet quarterly/annual revenue goals

• Work closely with technical teams to deliver customized solutions to clients

• Analyze market trends, raw material shifts, and competitor activity

• Represent the brand at key industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows

Candidate Requirements:

• 6 to 10 years of industrial B2B sales experience in Kaolin, Talc, or Calcium Carbonate

• Strong knowledge of selling raw materials to Paint, Coatings, Inks, and Paper manufacturers

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Willing to travel extensively across India
