About the Role:
We are looking for driven and target-oriented professionals for the roles of Sales Executive and Senior Sales Executive at Maltar Services Pvt. Ltd., under the Carlos and Company process. Key Responsibilities:
- Client acquisition for our forex broker platform
- Client retention, renewal, and follow-ups
- Achieving account opening targets
- Maintaining client profitability and contributing to marginal revenue
- Managing and strengthening client relations
- Handling individual and team business data, records, and new opportunities
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Graduate degree with excellent communication skills in English/French/Spanish/Arabic
✔ 0–5 years of relevant experience for Executive role
✔ Knowledge of broking industry, capital markets, or international BPO/sales processes
✔ Experience in sales, broking, or international calling processes
✔ Strong confidence, convincing ability, and presentation skills
✔ Target-oriented approach with proven results
✔ Team handling experience is a must
✔ Comfortable with handling bulk international outbound/inbound calls
