Make outbound calls to potential clients from company-provided leads.
Explain project details, features, and investment benefits of farmhouse properties.
Schedule and conduct site visits with interested clients.
Follow up with prospects regularly to ensure lead conversion.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain updated records of calls, meetings, and client details in CRM or Excel.
Provide feedback from clients to management for service improvement.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Proven experience in real estate sales (preferably farmhouses, plots, or luxury properties).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
