Job Summary: We are seeking 10 highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team.
This role involves both office-based and field sales activities, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present our services to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively contact potential clients via phone (office-based).
• Schedule and conduct in-person visits to client locations (field sales).
• Clearly and persuasively explain our service offerings and their benefits.
• Build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
• Manage and track sales activities and client interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (essential).
• Ability to clearly articulate information and persuade others.
• Comfortable with both phone-based and in-person sales activities.
• Highly motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
• Age up to 35 years.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
Training and Compensation:
• Training Period: 15 days
• Training Stipend: ₹ 200 per day
• Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹ 25,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)
• Work Style: Office-based and Field Sales (both required)
Additional Information:
This role requires individuals who are comfortable with a mix of office-based work (making calls) and field work (visiting clients). You must be able to effectively communicate the value of our services in both settings.
