About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Banquet Sales Executive who can drive banquet bookings, corporate events, private parties, and celebrations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and bookings for banquets, private events, and group reservations.

• Meet and interact with potential clients (corporates, event planners, social groups, etc.) to understand their requirements.

• Create and share customized banquet proposals and quotations.

• Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and event teams to ensure flawless execution of events.

• Maintain and update the sales database, leads, and client follow-ups regularly.

• Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers.

• Plan and execute sales drives, promotions, and tie-ups to increase banquet bookings.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Represent Kora at networking events and exhibitions to promote banquet facilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Marketing (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in banquet or hospitality sales (restaurants, hotels, or event spaces preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• A pleasant, outgoing personality and customer-centric mindset.
