Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote logistics services.
Explain company services clearly and professionally over the phone.
Identify client needs and suggest suitable logistics solutions.
Maintain client database, follow up regularly, and build lasting business relationships.
Schedule meetings or site visits with interested clients and coordinate with the operations team.
Handle inquiries, resolve basic client concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Minimum qualification: +2 or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ETC).
