Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our non-vegetarian product range by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving revenue targets. Your goal is to grow market share and ensure customer satisfaction through strategic selling and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
Manage relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business through excellent account servicing.
Promote the full range of meat, poultry, and seafood products.
Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demos for clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company guidelines.
Track competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.
Coordinate with the supply chain, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of meat/seafood product categories and customer preferences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle targets under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.
