As a Sales Executive at Joyalukkas, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience for every customer who walks into the showroom.
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate jewelry options.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective up-selling and cross-selling.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions.
Ensure proper display and arrangement of jewelry in showcases.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
Assist in stock management, tagging, inventory checks, and daily sales reporting.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the showroom.
Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Minimum 0-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric attitude with a flair for selling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Good command over English and local language(s).
Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS machines is an advantage.
Graduate
A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Standing for long periods during showroom hours.
Dress code and grooming standards as per company policy.
