As a Sales Executive at Super Store 24x7, you will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring smooth retail operations. Your role will include managing product shelves, handling billing, resolving customer queries, and contributing to daily sales targets. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers.
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection.
Provide information about product features, prices, and availability.
Resolve customer inquiries and handle complaints politely and professionally.
Sales & Promotion:
Actively promote new arrivals, offers, and discounts.
Suggest relevant products to increase basket value and customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets set by the manager.
Stock Management:
Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and clean.
Assist in receiving and displaying new stock.
Check expiry dates and rotate stock regularly (FIFO method).
Billing & Transactions:
Operate billing software or POS system for customer purchases.
Handle cash, card, and UPI transactions securely and accurately.
Issue receipts and handle returns or exchanges as per policy.
Store Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness in the sales area.
Ensure safety protocols and store hygiene standards are followed.
Report any damaged products or issues to the supervisor.
Team Support:
Coordinate with inventory, billing, and housekeeping teams for efficient operations.
Support during peak hours, festivals, or store events.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or equivalent.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and billing system operation.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
Retail store setup with long hours of standing and walking.
Shift-based work including night shifts and holidays.
