Position: Retail Sales Executive

Company: A leading retail outlet.
Experience: 1–3 years in any retail preferred
Salary: between 12k -15k/m

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet customers and assist them in selecting Groceries items

· Understand customer needs and offer personalized product recommendations

· Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques

· Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive

· Manage stock levels and assist with inventory checks

· Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally

· Process billing and payments accurately at the POS counter

· Support store operations including cleanliness, restocking, and team collaboration

Requirements:

· Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred

· 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (retail sector preferred)

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Customer-oriented attitude with a positive, energetic approach

· Basic knowledge of fashion trends and styling

· Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
