Sales Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for LCVs as assigned by management.
Actively pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, site visits, and networking.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and institutional customers.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Identify new business prospects and follow up on leads.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and site visits to close sales.
Market Intelligence:
Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Recommend strategic actions based on market insights.
Documentation & Reporting:
Ensure timely completion of all documentation related to vehicle sales, loans, registrations, etc.
Maintain sales reports, CRM entries, and pipeline tracking.
Brand Representation:
Represent Ashok Leyland in a professional and ethical manner.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and local marketing initiatives.
