Job Title: Office Sales Executive
Sales Coordination:
● Assist the sales team with processing orders, creating invoices, and handling
documentation.
● Work with different teams to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment.
● Maintain sales records and keep customer data up to date in our CRM system.
● Answer customer questions about product availability, pricing, and delivery
schedules.
● Help prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
● Keep track of the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the sales team and
management.
Collection Management:
● Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients for timely collections.
● Send professional reminders and collection notices when necessary.
● Work with the finance team to resolve any payment discrepancies.
● Maintain a log of all collection activities and generate regular reports.
● Build positive relationships with clients to ensure a smooth and easy payment
process.
General Coordination:
● Provide administrative support to both the sales and collection activities.
● Assist in resolving client complaints or queries related to invoices and payments.
● Ensure adherence to company policies regarding credit terms and collection
procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
● A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
● Basic understanding of invoicing, collections, and accounting principles.
