Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services and digital marketing solutions.
Research and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, networking, and online platforms.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
Pitch and present GKMT IT’s services to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Sales Targets & Business Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Support the company in expanding its client base and market presence.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery after sales.
Maintain CRM data, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to management.
Market Research & Strategy
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
Suggest strategies to improve sales performance and client satisfaction.
Key Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in IT or digital marketing).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client handling and relationship management ability.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable.
