About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive with hands-on experience in selling farmlands within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and possessing excellent communication and negotiation skills.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about land sales, enjoys working in the field, and can drive business growth through strategic selling and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage potential buyers for farmland properties.
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and client meetings to promote available projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable farmland options.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in farmland or real estate sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in client interactions and capable of closing deals independently.
• Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to travel.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
