About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and goal-driven Sales Executives to join our outbound sales team in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. The role involves connecting with business owners and promoting our products — Ezo Billing Machine and Dhanda AI Marketing App. You will be responsible for convincing customers, handling objections, and closing sales over the phone, ensuring the customer makes the payment during the call.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers (business owners).

• Pitch and explain the benefits of the Ezo Billing Machine and Dhanda AI Marketing App.

• Convince customers to purchase and complete the payment process on call.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries effectively.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Record customer details and feedback accurately in the CRM system.

• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in outbound sales or telesales.

• Experience in selling paid products or services (e.g. insurance, premium credit cards, life insurance, stock trading accounts, etc.).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or calling systems.

• Fluency in Hindi and/or English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
