Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet business objectives.
Build and maintain a robust and profitable distribution network of Advisors and Field Sales Leaders (FLS).
Manage and enhance the productivity and activation of Advisors within your team.
Recruit and train Advisors to ensure continuous growth and high productivity.
Increase market share by promoting the full range of products and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Oversee product mix management, persistency rates, and lead conversion percentages.
Maintain and update accurate databases for effective tracking and reporting.
Achieve weekly goals and participate in contests to drive team motivation and performance.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and other regional languages (local candidates preferred).
Strong desire to thrive in a competitive environment.
Positive attitude with a resilient, never-give-up mindset.
Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to understand customer and partner issues, providing effective resolutions through business knowledge and technical aptitude.
