Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and walk-ins.

• Meet potential customers and explain Kotak Mahindra insurance products (life, health, term, ULIP, etc.).

• Cross-sell products by highlighting features and benefits.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and referrals.

• Follow up with prospects and handle objections to close sales.

• Update client details and sales progress in CRM / reports.

• Ensure compliance with IRDA and company guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum: 10th / 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Persuasive, confident, and target-driven

• Basic computer/smartphone knowledge

• Willingness to do field sales in Navi Mumbai area

• Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome; experience in BFSI/insurance sales is an advantage

Working Hours

• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (6 days working)

• Local field visits in Navi Mumbai region
