Delonix Travel Services is looking for a professional Sales Executive to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads database.
Understand customer travel preferences and suggest suitable holiday packages.
Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, and package inclusions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in the CRM system.
Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and offers to enhance sales pitches.
Requirements:
Proven Experience in Telesales, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in the travel industry).
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Passion for travel and knowledge of popular tourist destinations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback.
