Damro Furniture Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our JD Showroom team in Ongole. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers interested in Damro’s premium furniture range.
Greet customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through Damro’s product range.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting products and closing deals.
Provide expert advice on furniture selection, customization options, and pricing.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Damro’s product offerings, promotions, and financing options.
Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining showroom cleanliness and product displays.
Process sales orders, invoices, and follow up on deliveries and installations.
Collaborate with the team to achieve collective sales goals and contribute to business growth.
Education: Minimum 12th pass (Intermediate); Graduation preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years in retail sales, furniture sales, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Skills Required:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong sales & negotiation abilities.
Customer-centric approach with a friendly demeanor.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Languages: Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Location: Ongole
Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational shifts, including weekends).
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on experience) + Incentives & Performance Bonuses.
