Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales through phone, email, and online platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and inbound inquiries.
Understand customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and close sales.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer and sales information.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities.
Provide timely follow-ups and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and share sales reports with the management team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
0–1 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a positive and resilient attitude.
