Role Overview
This is a high-ownership, on-ground sales role ideal for someone who understands the Bangalore real estate landscape — especially in emerging or high-demand zones like Hebbal, Yelahanka, KR Puram, and Whitefield. You’ll be part of a lean, agile team where execution speed and sales performance matter more than hierarchy.
Key Responsibilities
Own the entire sales cycle — calling, lead follow-ups, site visits, and closures
Manage client relationships from first call to final booking
Stay updated on available inventory, builder offerings, and pricing trends
Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and fast turnarounds
Track buyer behavior, market activity, and competitor positioning
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining CRM hygiene
Who We’re Looking For
Must be based in Bangalore
Strong knowledge of North or East Bangalore real estate markets is a major plus
1–2 years of experience in real estate sales preferred
Freshers with great communication skills and market interest are welcome
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Willing to travel regularly for site visits and client meetings
Self-driven, target-focused, and ready to thrive in a startup environment
