Job Title: B2B Sales Support Executive – Portals & Listings
Location: Kim, District: Surat
Experience Required: 1–3 years
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented executive to manage our company presence
across key B2B platforms such as IndiaMART, GEM, Project India, and others. This role will
ensure all listings are up to date, inquiries are responded to promptly, and potential leads are
effectively channelled to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Portal Management:
Manage and maintain company profiles across B2B platforms including IndiaMART,
GEM, Project India, and others, ensuring accurate and appealing product listings Inquiry Handling:
Promptly respond to buyer inquiries, qualify leads, and forward high-
potential
inquiries to the relevant sales or management personnel for follow-up.
Lead Nurturing Support:
Track and follow up on leads generated from online platforms, keeping a record of
conversion status and regularly updating sales personnel.
Content & Listing Optimization:
Collaborate with internal teams to update product descriptions, pricing, images,
certificates, and other listing elements to improve visibility and credibility.
Campaign Coordination:
Engage with IndiaMART and other platform representatives to explore and
implement paid promotions or banner listings to boost traffic.
Reporting & Analytics:
Maintain inquiry records, prepare weekly reports on platform performance, response
timelines, and lead conversion metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
1–3 years of experience managing online sales or B2B platforms (IndiaMART,
Project India, GEM, etc.).
Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi.
Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
Familiarity with basic sales support and lead management processes.
