We are looking for a polite, confident and responsible Sales Girl to manage customers, sales and daily shop operations at our jewellery store. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be trustworthy, and have an interest in fashion/jewellery. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹30000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Greet and assist customers visiting the shop

  • Show jewellery products and help customers select items

  • Upsell & cross-sell matching products

  • Handle billing through POS/Mobile app

  • Maintain product display, stock count and cleanliness

  • Manage customer queries politely and professionally

  • Record daily sales and stock updates

  • Assist in making product videos or photos (optional)

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Stock Management, Basic Computer Skills, Confidence, Retail Sales is an added advantage.
