Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to join our team at Career Hub in Lajpat Nagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in making informed decisions about their education and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and career counseling to students and walk-in clients.

• Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their profile, interest, and career goals.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (online and offline).

• Follow up with leads generated through various channels (calls, emails, walk-ins).

• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and follow-ups using CRM or internal systems.

• Support in organizing seminars, webinars, and career counseling sessions.

• Keep up to date with education industry trends and emerging career options.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in academic or career counseling.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, emails, CRM tools).

• Fluent in English and Hindi.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a training institute, coaching center, or study abroad consultancy.

• Knowledge of various academic and professional courses in India and abroad.
