We are looking for a Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our team at Agranika. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, target-driven, and passionate about technology sales.
The primary responsibility will be to generate leads, nurture prospects, and schedule qualified meetings for our sales and solution team. You will be playing a crucial role in building a healthy sales pipeline for Unified Communication, Collaboration, and Audio-Visual (AV) Solutions.
🔹 Research, identify, and generate new B2B leads through online/offline sources
🔹 Cold calling, emailing, and using LinkedIn for prospecting
🔹 Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers for the solution team
🔹 Maintain CRM records and update lead progress regularly
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth follow-up and conversion
🔹 Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and meetings
✅ 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or telecalling (preferably in IT/AV/Enterprise solutions)
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi)
✅ Basic understanding of B2B sales cycle and customer engagement
✅ Highly motivated, target-oriented, and a team player
✅ Comfortable using MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn for prospecting
