Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Handle basic client communication through calls and emails.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and lead trackers.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, accounts, logistics, etc.) for order processing.
Support the team with follow-ups on inquiries and pending documentation.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports as required.
Ensure timely responses to customer queries.
Provide general administrative support to the sales department.
