We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales of our prefabricated solutions, including modular cabins, site offices, and related products. The ideal candidate should have a technical background in Mechanical or Civil engineering, with strong interest in sales, client interaction, and business development.
Identify, approach, and generate new business opportunities in prefabrication and modular building segments.
Conduct field visits, site surveys, and client meetings to understand requirements and propose suitable prefabricated solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers.
Provide technical presentations and explain product features, advantages, and benefits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Coordinate with the design and operations team for project quotations and execution.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
BE – Mechanical / Civil (structural knowledge is an added advantage).
6 months – 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in construction, prefabrication, or related industries).
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong field orientation and ability to handle client site visits.
Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
