Present solar solutions aligned with site potential, customer goals, and ROI expectations.
Engage in client meetings, site visits, and proposal presentations.
Develop financial models and explain benefits like ROI, IRR, payback period, and subsidies.
Conduct preliminary technical assessments: rooftop size, shading, load profiles, etc.
Collaborate with the design/engineering team for layout, sizing, inverter selection, etc.
Explain system components such as modules, inverters, ACDB, DCDB, mounting structures, and monitoring systems.
Suggest appropriate system configurations (on-grid/off-grid/hybrid) and sizing based on load data.
Clarify technical queries of clients regarding system performance, warranties, and net metering.
Coordinate technical site survey and DCR/NON-DCR component compliance when applicable.
Ensure proper documentation for DISCOM/Net Metering and subsidy application (if applicable).
Collect feedback post-installation and support handover documentation.

Education:
Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering (Preferred)
MBA in Marketing with technical inclination (optional)
Experience:
1–6 years in solar EPC sales or techno-commercial roles
Knowledge of rooftop, hybrid, and ground-mount systems or industrial projects handling
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of solar PV system design basics
Familiar with BOM, SLDs, inverter datasheets, and net metering processes
Excellent client communication & proposal drafting skills
