Job Title: Sales Executive

Education: B.Tech.– Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 4+ Years (Water & Wastewater Treatment industry)
Key Responsibilities: Drive institutional, corporate, and project sales in the water & wastewater treatment segment. Generate leads through prospecting, cold calls, client meetings, and corporate alliances.
Prepare technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and corporate clients to ensure repeat business. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly & annual sales targets. Work closely with technical teams for project planning, after-sales support, and service delivery.
Act as Key Account Manager, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Monitor competitor activities and market trends, suggesting strategies for increased market share. Provide technical presentations & demonstrations to clients. Maintain proper sales reports, customer records, and update management on progress. Required Skills & Competencies Strong technical background (Mechanical/Water Treatment industry preferred).
Excellent sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Good communication (Hindi & English) and interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability. Team player with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively and relocate if required
