About the Role:
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic fresh graduates who are passionate about sales and eager to make a career in B2B Industrial & Electrical Sales . This role involves learning technical sales, building strong customer relationships, and supporting business growth through Electrical & Automation industry-leading product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop a strong understanding of electrical and automation products, including:
o Low & Medium Voltage Products: MCBs, MCCBs, circuit breakers (PowerPact, MasterPact), contactors, relays, fuse switches, transformers, switchgear
o Industrial Automation: PLCs (Modicon series), HMIs, sensors, VFDs (Altivar series), industrial software, motion controllers
o Critical Power & Data Center Infrastructure: UPS (APC), power distribution units, racks (NetShelter), cooling solutions
o Residential & Smart Home: Smart panels, inverters, battery backup, EV chargers (Charge), connected switches/outlets
o Solar & Energy Storage Solutions
· Identify and engage with OEMs, system integrators, panel builders, contractors, and consultants
· Visit client sites, conduct product demos, and understand customer requirements
· Support pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions under the guidance of seniors
· Maintain records of customer interactions, quotations, and follow-ups
· Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
