Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Technical Consultation & Solution Design:

  • Analyze client needs to understand their specific business requirements. 

  • Design and recommend appropriate technical solutions and products from the consortium's offerings. 

  • Prepare technical design documentation and customized quotes or proposals. 

• Sales & Client Management:

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients. 

  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals, acting as a trusted technical advisor. 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. 

• Collaboration & Market Intelligence:

  • Work closely with internal engineering and sales teams to align product offerings with client needs. 

  • Gather market feedback, industry trends, and competitor information to contribute to sales strategies. 

  • Provide market analysis and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the consortium. 

• Post-Sales Support:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales support and assistance with technical onboarding. 

  • Provide training on product use and benefits to clients and internal teams. 

• Reporting & Administration:

  • Prepare regular sales reports, such as customer-wise, machine-wise, and spare parts-wise reports. 

  • Manage time effectively and handle multiple sales areas, adjusting goals and procedures as needed.
