4 to 8 Years (Specifically in Fire Safety Products Sales)
₹30,000 to ₹80,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire & Safety, or relevant engineering stream
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in fire safety product sales. The ideal candidate should be from an engineering background, with strong industry knowledge, and a willingness to travel across India for business development.
Generate new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle for fire safety products (extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers, alarms, suppression systems, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and channel partners.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company offerings.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and contract documentation.
4–8 years of experience in B2B sales of fire safety products or systems.
Strong understanding of fire safety standards and compliance (e.g., NBC, IS, NFPA).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel across India as per project or client requirements.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to lead client meetings independently
Experience with government/PSU tendering (preferred)
