Purpose of the Role:
· New Business Development for AU/OEM & Aftermarket in the region for All Brands.
· Approaching customers by Telephone, Emails and Official visits.
· Submit visit reports to undersigned with action plan and review regularly.
· Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile & updates.
· Stock mapping by studying customer's consumption.
· Updates to management by consolidating, analyzing & forwarding weekly/monthly action summaries.
· To conduct detailed commercial presentations or basic technical presentations to customers highlighting capabilities of our brands vis-à-vis competitors.
· Respond to technical queries of customer.
Resolve customer complaints and attend to quality failures.
