C. Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Actively seek out and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.

• Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions from our product line.

3. Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Prepare and manage sales contracts, proposals, change orders, and other required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

D. Qualification / Experience

Preferred Qualifications B.Tech / Diploma in chemical

Experience 2–3 years in Chemical Sales

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.

• Promote and sell water treatment chemicals and related solutions to meet customer needs.

• Conduct site visits, water testing, and provide technical support to customers.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

• Achieve sales targets, expand market share, and report market trends/competitor activities.

• Collaborate with technical/service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting system.

• Deploma/Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, B.Sc. (Chemistry)

• 2–5 years’ experience in water treatment chemical sales or industrial chemical sales.

• Strong technical understanding of cooling water, boiler water, wastewater treatment, and RO systems.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.

Salary 25 to 35k per month
