Sales Counsellor

We are hiring for the position of Sales Counselor for our office located in Okhla Phase-1, Delhi. This is a full-time office-based role. The selected candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face discussions to understand their requirements, provide detailed information about our services, and guide them in the decision-making process. The role involves regular follow-ups on leads, converting prospects into customers, maintaining records of client interactions, and ensuring excellent post-sales support. The candidate should be a graduate with 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferred), possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be familiar with CRM tools and MS Office Suite, and be fluent in both Hindi and English. The work schedule includes Monday to Sunday working with one rotational weekly off (any one day between Wednesday to Saturday).
