Job Title: International Sales Coordinator
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Location: Survey No. 71, Apple Industry Hub, Pelhar, NH-8, Nallasopara East
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer records and sales databases accurately.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely, relevant information.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) for smooth order execution.
Track and follow up on leads to ensure timely communication and conversions.
Schedule meetings and maintain communication with domestic and international clients.
Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics regularly.
Manage sales documentation and ensure proper filing and record-keeping.
Plan and coordinate domestic and international expos, including booking exhibition space and arranging logistics.
Prepare promotional materials and ensure effective on-site setup and branding during expos.
Arrange international and domestic travel for directors and staff, including air tickets, hotel bookings, and local transport.
Coordinate with external vendors for visa processing and documentation.
Manage and update all company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Create, schedule, and post engaging content related to events, client installations, and product highlights.
Respond to queries and comments on social media and track engagement.
Provide live coverage during events/expos and share post-event highlights to enhance brand presence.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the water park or amusement industry is an added advantage.
