Primary Responsibilities:
To buy leads from the Indiamart
To coordinate with the sales team and prepare sales orders (quotation) as per the requirement stated by the sales team.
To achieve revenue booking and collection target of AMCs from existing or old customers
To check / verify the availability & feasibility with stores (FG) & Production department before committing deadline to the customer/ sales person
Follow-up with sales team for order closing (after sending quotation)
To maintain cordial relationships with customers by extending required support.
To acknowledge and solve the customer’s issues / complaints
To coordinate with other internal departments for smooth functioning.
To connect (telecall) with existing / old clients and seek references
To prepare & send the Quotations to OEM & the prospective clients.
To attend Service Call , arrange service visits & to maintain service call records thereto.
