We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our laptop sales team. The role involves handling client interactions, coordinating with internal teams, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth execution of sales orders.
Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails related to laptop sales inquiries.
Coordinate with sales executives and service teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Prepare and share sales quotations and follow up with customers for approvals and payments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in CRM or Excel.
Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking monthly targets and achievements.
Support marketing campaigns and lead generation activities as needed.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and follow up for AMC renewals or upgrades.
Manage product stock status and coordinate with the warehouse for dispatch.
Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
1+ year experience in IT product sales coordination preferred.
Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Email).
Familiarity with laptops, desktop configurations, and IT products is an added advantage.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
