We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving business objectives. The role involves coordinating with clients, managing documentation and billing, assisting with project execution, and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and external stakeholders. Occasional site visits may be required.
Coordinate with clients from lead stage to project completion for smooth communication and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain all sales-related documentation including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
Manage and monitor billing activities, ensure timely invoicing, and track payment follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the sales/technical team.
Support the sales team in maintaining project timelines and client expectations.
Visit sites when necessary to assist with surveys, documentation, or client queries.
Maintain an updated database of leads, clients, and project statuses.
Liaise with logistics and technical teams to ensure timely material dispatch and installation.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and project updates.
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in solar/EPC/technical services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel for occasional site visits.
