Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with dealers, distributors, architects, and builders to generate inquiries and follow-ups.

• Handle client calls, emails, quotations, and maintain proper sales records.

• Support in preparing sales reports, proposals, and presentations.

• Manage order processing, documentation, and coordinate with production and dispatch teams.

• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.

• Maintain customer database and update CRM / Excel sheets regularly.

• Participate in field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations when required.

• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to manage sales coordination and client follow-up effectively.

• Experience in building material/tiles/pavers industry will be an advantage.
