Qualifications: Qualifications Diploma Engineering, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Roles and Responsibilities:

This is a full-time  role for a Sales Coordinator located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for sales coordination, customer service, communication, and sales operations. They will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the sales process and providing exceptional support to customer and Sales team.

Job Description:

• Learn & understand the company’s products & services

• Prepare Techno-commercial offers, order follow-up, order management, payment collection, etc.,

• Manage the stock and plan for new order process.

• Has to manage customers in assigned territory

• Support to Sales team for pricing & stock availability

• Co-ordinate with Sales Team and close follow-up for order & payment

• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

• Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.

• Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills

• Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in using CRM software
