Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries from individual (B2C) customers.

• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and order updates.

• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain and update customer databases and order records.

• Follow up with customers for feedback, repeat orders, and satisfaction.

• Prepare sales reports and assist the sales team with daily activities.
