·      Processing Purchase Order and preparing Order Acceptance in SAP

·      Ensure all Export customers receive Order Acceptance consisting of complete product, commercial, project & shipping information.

·      Keep track of Export shipping plan and ensure orders are shipped on time

·      Ensure customer requirements and understood and communicate internally

·      Send quotations to customers

·      Expedite urgent and critical orders internally

·      Coordinate and work together with logistics group for smooth shipping of orders

·      Coordinate and work together with purchase department for Imported & trading products

·      Address customer complaints effectively

·      Review LC’S & Contracts

·      Prepare Purchase request for trading material
