In this role, the company will provide you with potential customer leads who have shown interest in our services through the portal but did not complete their purchase due to concerns like extra charges or delivery issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers whose details are provided by the company.

Understand customer concerns such as delivery charges, delays, or other issues.

Address their queries and provide suitable solutions.

Convince and convert leads into successful sales.

Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions.

Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Candidate profile:

Good communication skills

Good Convincing skills

If experienced proven working experience in sales

Proficiency of sales

Outbound calling experience will be added advantage.
