Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and proactive individual with strong communication and coordination skills to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will support the sales team in managing client communication, preparing sales documents, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team and clients to ensure timely communication
Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, reports, and records
Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and documentation
Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems
Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Key Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet)
Strong coordination, organization, and time management skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Experience:
0–2 years of experience (Freshers encouraged to apply)
