📌 Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily sales operations including order processing, invoicing, and dispatch tracking
Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems
Assist sales managers in preparing quotations, proposals, and client presentations
Handle client queries, follow-ups, and post-sales support
Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to the sales team
Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and performance dashboards
Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows, sampling campaigns, and product launches
Ensure compliance with documentation standards and export protocols (if applicable)
