• Manage sales-related documentation, order entries, and dispatch coordination to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Update and maintain client records and activities in the CRM system.
• Assist the sales team with scheduling client meetings, preparing quotations, and follow-up communication.
• Coordinate with internal departments like finance, logistics, and inventory to streamline invoicing, product availability, and delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on order status, client feedback, and sales performance metrics.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and CRM software.
• Data Analyst with knowledge of SQL, python & power BI.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
